作业要求： 针对信息技术应用的课堂教学技能提升的要求，以校为单位，通过教研组活动打造“一师一课例”。学员教师提交一节信息技术应用的课堂教学技能提升作品，包括教学设计、课堂实录，二者缺一不可。 注意： 1.围绕自己的研修计划主题，在本学期所教授的课程中，结合自己所教学课，确定教学设计主题，完成教学设计。 2.教学设计字数要求500字以上。 3.此教学设计完成后，实践于学校课堂教学，教学的过程，请同伴帮忙录制（借助手机、DV、摄像机均可）10—40分钟的视频，需是完整的教学片断。（无法录制视频的老师，提供相关的微课或者文字版的课堂实录） 4.提交的教学视频要求画面稳定、清晰，教师讲授声音清晰、响亮。 5.提交时，请在文本编辑框中编辑不少于100字的视频介绍或是在附件处上传提交视频配套的课件。 6.所有资源需在截止日期之前提交，逾期无法提交并会影响您的研修成绩。 7. 学员提交成果后，坊主要及时进行批阅，否则影响学员的成绩。 8.所有作品必须原创，如出现雷同，视为不合格，且直接取消本次培训最终评优机会。
